Monroe & Newell Engineers, Inc. has observed the precast double tees at the location of
the proposed new plumbing penetrations for Unit 153 of The Lodge at Vail. The two
proposed penetrations of less than 6" in diameter may be made a minimum of 6" from
center of opening to edge of precast stern without compromising the structural integrity of
the floor system.
