These properties' closure dates range from April 1 - May 31 with some properties planning to reopen in May o Arrabelle at Vail Square o Christiania Lodge o Destination Resorts Vail o Four Seasons Resort Vail o Grand Hyatt Vail o Lodge Tower o Sitzmark Lodge o Sonnenalp Resort of Vail o The Wren o Tivoli Lodge o Vail International Condos o Vail Mountain Lodge o Vail Residences at Cascade Village o Vail Spa Condos o Vail Marriott o Ritz-Carlton Residences DOR PRODUCTION NOTES: April ➢ As expected, April is experiencing further decline in YOY performance than noted in the last report as many properties are closed and state-wide stay at home orders are still in place o Of the 16 properties reporting closures, all are closed in April o There are -21,204 (-16,702 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Average daily performance is -29.4% (-19% last report) o Since the last report, -301 (-9,412 last report) bookings have been cancelled for the month o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 4th, with -45 (-961 last report) bookings cancelled o Inventory is lower than last year for the first half of the month while it is slightly higher for the second half of the month Copyright (c) 2020, Sterling Valley Systems All Rights Reserved. Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com May ➢ Since the last report, May has had a slowing of cancellations as the majority of cancellations had already happened, while average daily performance experienced further decline to -10.9% (-6.2% last report) o There are -7,904 (-5,999 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, -488 (-1,779 last report) bookings have been cancelled for the month o Memorial Day Weekend is on average down -7.3% (-0.8% last report) with -516 (-311 last report) less bookings over last year at this time o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on both the 22nd and 31st with -38 bookings cancelled o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month June ➢ June is experiencing the heaviest volume of cancellations since the last report as consumers’ expectations of a reopening timeline have shifted o There are -16,970 (-8,028 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o June’s average daily performance is -23.9% (-11.4% last report) o Since the last report, -7,296 (-8,543 last report) bookings have been cancelled for the month o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 25th, with -501 bookings cancelled o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month July ➢ July is showing mostly underperformances compared to last year with only 5 days outperforming o There are -6,054 (+3,684 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been -1,154 (-5,843 last report) bookings for the month o July’s average daily performance is -8.7% (-6.1% last report) o The 4th of July is currently down -9.3% (-9.4% last report) with -210 (-205 last report) less bookings over last year at this time o The largest outperformance is on the 31st up +4.8% (+27.2% last report) over last year at this time o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 15th, with -114 bookings cancelled o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month August ➢ August has been less negatively affected since the last report than the prior months with average daily performance at +3.1% (+7.1% last report) o There are +2,717 (+6,567 last report) more bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been -1,030 (-3,642 last report) bookings for the month o The largest outperformance is on the 21st up +20.9% over last year at this time o The largest underperformance is on the 30th, down -7.2% (-4.9% last report) over last year at this time o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 2nd, with -553 bookings cancelled Copyright (c) 2020, Sterling Valley Systems All Rights Reserved. Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month September ➢ September is showing similar performance to August as average daily performance is slightly higher at +3.2% (+4.0 last report) o There are +2,557 (+3,718 last report) more bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been +313 (-1,544 last report) bookings for the month o The largest outperformance is on the 14th up +22.4% (+22.3% last report) over last year at this time o The largest underperformance is on the 7th, down -22.3% (-18.3% last report) over last year at this time o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 8th, with -23 bookings cancelled o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month October ➢ October has just come on the books and is showing a slight underperformance compared to last year as average daily performance is -1.6% o There are -983 less bookings than last year at this time o The largest outperformance is on the 9th, up +10.0% over last year at this time o The largest underperformance is on the 18th, down -19.0% compared to last year at this time o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month
