DOR PRODUCTION NOTES:
General DOR Notes:
➢ *Due to new property management system data migration issues at each property, Arrabelle at Vail Square, The
Lodge at Vail, and the Ritz-Carlton Residences have not been included in this report. Once these issues have
been resolved we will restate the 05/15 report, contingent on receiving the 05/15 data sets from the 3
properties in question.*
➢ Since the last report (04/30), bookings activity for May 1st through November 30th has yielded a net of -12,120
or 12,120 cancellations. This level of net booking activity has doubled from the last report (-6,752).
➢ As the net activity still remains negative, pointing towards the continued trend of cancellation prevalence, the
increase away from 0 in net booking activity indicates that there has been a large change in regards to increases
in cancellations, or an uptick in cancellation behavior, and tells us that the market has not settled on a trend in
either direction yet.
o *It is important to consider that when we observe net statistics these numbers take into account a
summation of both bookings and cancellations as both types of activity were noted since the last report.
