This level of net booking activity has decreased from the last report (+3,330). ➢ As the net activity produced net positive bookings, the increase shows continued positive change in consumer behavior in the last 2 weeks, a continuation of the trend noticed in the last 2 weeks of May. We now have 2 consecutive report-over-report trends of positive net bookings, potentially indicating that consumers are ready to start booking vacations in higher volume. o *It is important to consider that when we observe net statistics these numbers take into account a summation of both bookings and cancellations as both types of activity were noted since the last report. June ➢ June continued to experience a net positive booking behavior as +3,348 bookings were added since the last report o There are -27,267 (-29,341 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o June’s average daily performance is -38.1% (-37.4% last report) o Since the last report, there have been net +3,271 bookings for the month o There are no days outperforming last year o The largest underperformance is on the 4th, down -59.5% (-54.0% last report) over last year at this time o The largest addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 20th, with +261 bookings added o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 1st, with -44 bookings cancelled o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month July ➢ July is experiencing heavy fill in the first week of the month, in alignment with the 4th of July, though bookings remain heavily down compared to last year o There are -21,095 (-18,578 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been net +831 (+1,028 last report) bookings for the month o July’s average daily performance is -28.6% (-26.0% last report) o The 4th of July is currently down -10.5% (-20.6% last report) with -238 (-605 last report) less bookings over last year at this time o There are no days outperforming last year o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 9th, with -188 bookings cancelled o The largest increase in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 3rd, with +273 bookings added o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month Copyright (c) 2020, Sterling Valley Systems All Rights Reserved. Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com August ➢ While last report August was holding onto a single day outperforming last year, the entire month is now underperforming last year with an average daily performance of -18.4% (-13.8% last report) o There are -13,558 (-12,286 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Only 8 days experienced a net increase in bookings since the last report o Since the last report, there have been net -1,248 (-2,210 last report) bookings for the month o There are no days outperforming last year o The largest underperformance was on the 11th, down -37.4% (-32.7% last report) and has transitioned to the 10th, down -39.3% over last year at this time o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 22nd, with -274 bookings cancelled o The largest addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 3rd, with +90 bookings added o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month September ➢ September is experiencing a higher net cancellation than booking volume as only 3 days had net positive bookings since the last report o There are -5,614 (-4,491 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been net -1,292 (+39 last report) bookings for the month o Average daily performance decreased to -8.0% (-3.9% last report) o The largest outperformance is on the 14th up +7.9% (+11.0% last report) over last year at this time o The largest underperformance is on the 7th, down -29.6% (-23.1% last report) over last year at this time o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 22nd, with -154 bookings cancelled o The largest addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 16th, with +7 bookings added o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month October ➢ October has experienced small changes in bookings since the last report, with the majority of activity confined to the 7th through 11th, as 411 bookings were cancelled, dropping the average daily performance to -3.4% (-2.3% last report) o There are -2,414 (-2,378 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Halloween is currently down -2.2% (-1.7% last report) over last year with -51 (-47 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been net -375 (+402 last report) bookings for the month o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 9th, with -117 bookings cancelled o The largest addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 15th, with +24 bookings added o The largest outperformance was on the 9th, up +1.2% (+8.4% last report) and has now shifted to the 29th, up +2.0% over last year at this time o The largest underperformance is on the 19th, down -13.3% (-12.9% last report) compared to last year at this time o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month Copyright (c) 2020, Sterling Valley Systems All Rights Reserved. Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com November ➢ November has experienced mostly net cancellations since the last report with only 8 days showing net bookings o There are -548 (-425 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been net -31 (+241 last report) bookings for the month o Average daily performance has fallen to -0.8% (-0.2% last report) o The largest addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 25th, with +9 bookings added o The largest reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 30th, with -8 bookings cancelled o The largest outperformance is on the 14th, up +1.8% (+2.8% last report) over last year at this time o The largest underperformance was on the 6th, down -7.2% (-6.7% last report) and has shifted to the 5th, down -7.5% over last year at this time o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month December ➢ December has just come on the books and is showing an average daily performance of -6.5% o There are -4,490 less bookings than last year at this time o Only 4 days are outperforming last year o Christmas is currently down -14.7% with -357 less bookings than last year at this time o The largest outperformance is on the 11th, up +5.9% over last year at this time o The largest underperformance is on the 25th, down -14.7% over last year at this time o Inventory is slightly higher than last year for the entire month
