Vail Classic CSE Marketing Plan 2021.pdf 1. Objectives: What are you trying to accomplish through your marketing efforts? Our goal is to expand our outreach to more clubs outside of Colorado in order to gather more athletes to attend the competition. Per USAG rules, if two of more clubs from outside the state of Colorado attend a Colorado gymnastics meet for two years in a row, then the club gets to keep their allotted weekend as long as they would like for years to come. This would put our event on the Colorado meet rotation schedule until we choose to no longer have it on there. 2. Strategy: How will you meet your objectives? By targeting clubs in which Vail Gymnastics has attended their meets before as well as through personal connections created through attending meets in the past. Marketing our event approximately 6 months in advance through social media, newsletters and personal email, we can meet our objectives of gaining more athletes each year. 3.
