Each event sold out every time. •The event has been growing every year and is extremely popular. •We added value to the guest experience in Vail. We added another food venue with staffing being an issue at virtually all restaurants. Strengths The wedding season, rentals and staffing for rental companies gave us two of our events that we were not able to have a tent. We made the best of the new normal. Weaknesses Total Event Budget for 2021: Attached CSE fund for 2021: $13,291 In-kind Sponsorship: The Vail Farmers’ Market and Art show has in-kind sponsorship with the town for garbage pickup. Budget Funding Utilization: CSE funds were used for social media, staffing Attendance Numbers Percent tickets sold: 100% Every Seating Sold Out! Total Attendance: 528 Note: 4-10 of our seats were used every dinner for sponsorship Demographic Profile 60% Female / 38% Male Average age: 84% were between 25-64 Average Income: 84% $500,000+ 5% were at $100,000 plus Demographic Profile *Data taken from Eventbrite and based on residence of ticket buyers. May not reflect residences of all attendees. Extended Stay: TBD Survey to Come Event Attendee Estimated Spending •Percentage of visitors likely to return: 99% Visitor Intent to Return Topline Marketing Efforts •The Farm-to-Table Series was started seven years ago to provide a sense of community for Vail. Each year, the event has grown. We used creativity to make the event happen and received positive feedback from all of our guests. We work with the community to explore all events work on our times to not conflict with other events occurring in Vail. Community Contribution The Farm-to-Table used 100% compostable and recyclable materials. •Utilized reusable Plates, utensils, and water glasses. •Compostable wine glasses that people could bring home with them. •Reusable napkins (deeply sanitized).
