Standard of Excellence met by:
Vail Brand Compatibility
•Introducing guests to the ambiance
and natural beauty of Vail with
pop-up, outside seating.
•Building a rapport between chefs
and guests, encouraging guests to
come back to Vail and their new
favorite restaurant time and time
again.
“Premier International Mountain Resort Community”
Standard of Excellence met by:
•Providing tourists and residents with an
exciting thing to do in Vail. Each event sold
out every time.
•The event has been growing every year and is
extremely popular.
•We added value to the guest experience in
Vail. We added another food venue with
staffing being an issue at virtually all
restaurants.
Strengths
The wedding season, rentals and
staffing for rental companies gave us
two of our events that we were not
able to have a tent. We made the best
of the new normal.

Topline Marketing Efforts
•The Farm-to-Table Series was started seven
years ago to provide a sense of community for
Vail. Each year, the event has grown. We used
creativity to make the event happen and received
positive feedback from all of our guests. We
work with the community to explore all events
work on our times to not conflict with other
events occurring in Vail.
Community Contribution
The Farm-to-Table used 100%
compostable and recyclable materials.
•Utilized reusable Plates, utensils, and
water glasses.
•Compostable wine glasses that
people could bring home with them.
•Reusable napkins (deeply sanitized).
