Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the plans for modifications to take place
within unit 5H.
The section in the Remodel Agreement addressing the prohibition of breaching the roofs
should be disregarded as we have approved your installation of skylights and an exhaust
outlet.
Please note that until the Remodel Agreement has been signed, required deposits
received and certificates of insurance obtained, that work is not authorized to start.
