This space actuallyexists and has existed for approximately four years but wasnever granted a building permit for formal approval. It is now owned by Alpine Bank & Trust of Glenwood Springs and itis their intention to bring the space into conformance with Town zoning and building code laws. It is our understanding that this approval will be subject tothe completion of a modification to the window which willallow egress as well as other necessary building department requirements.
