addition to Town staff.. Should a dctermination be made by the Town staff thatan outside consultant

cstinutc the amount of money necessary to pay thc consultant and this amount shall be forwarded to

I have had an opporhuity to complete a preliminary review of your application for exterior
changes to the Squash Blossom.
Upon completion of my preliminary review, I have identified several issues that need additional
infonnation. Please submit to the Community Development Departnent the following
information:
l Please submit an exterior material sample board.
2. In order to veriff that the exterior lights are in compliance with the Town of Vait
Outdoor Lighting Ordinance, please submit manufasturer's specifications for the
proposed fixtures and bulbs. The specifications shall include information on
lumens ouput and luminous area.
3. Please submit the square footage, as well as materials proposed for the new signs.
4. To better understand the proposal, please submit both east elevation and north
elevation drawings ofthe proposed building.

prwided by the Lodge will also be the same If there is a sample of something you
question, please don't hesitate to notify me.

may wish to do more altraetive signage and I wdll submit designs to the town
