We have revierrred the sketches for renovation of unit710 Riva Ridge South owned by Jacobo Kluchnik. Essentially,he wants to replace one bathroom, next to the living room,install a dry bar and a built in washer and dryer.
His plans appear to be acceptabte and approval isgranted on behalf of the Riva Ridge Chalet (South) CondominiumAssociation to proceed. with the proposed renovation as shownon the plans subject to the following:
r a) All work to be done in compliance with applicablebuilding codes.b) All necessary permits and inspections be obtainedfrom the Town of VaiI and copies made avaitable to
Manager.c) Use licensed and insured contractor and copies oflicense and insurance certificate be provided Manager.d) Detai-I plan for hooking up washer and dryer beapproved by lvlanager's chief engineer prior toinstallation.
