Subject: 1012 Eagles Nest Circle - Transportation Impact Fee
Town of Vail Ordinance Number 4, Series of 2017, requires a new Transportation Impact Fee for all new residential
dwelling units. I have assessed a Transportation Impact Fee to permit B18-0424 in the amount of$6,333.00 in
accordance to the fee schedule adopted through Town of Vail Resolution Number 29, Series of 2017.This fee must be
paid prior to any new inspections occurring on the site or any changes or revisions to the existing permit.
Under normal circumstances,this fee is to be assessed and paid for at the time of permit issuance. Unfortunately, the
fee was not assessed at the time of the original permit issuance.
