➢ On the books occupancy (23.6%) is up +10.4% (+41.1% last month) over last year (21.4%), while historic actual
occupancy (57.3%) is up +23.4% (+22.4% last month) over last year (46.4%)
➢ On the books ADR ($352) is up +16.3% (+9.4% last month) over last year ($303), while historic actual ADR ($681)
is up +37.4% (+38.2% last month) over last year ($496)
➢ On the books RevPAR ($83) is up +28.4% (+54.4% last month) over last year ($65), while historic actual RevPAR
($390) is up +69.6% (+69.3% last month) over last year ($230)
Winter Season:
➢ April gained +5.1% as an absolute measure of occupancy in April
o Bookings made in April for April are down -2.9% in absolute variance vs those made last year in April for
April
➢ As a measure of RevPAR, ($390), winter season finished up +69.6% (+70.6% last report) compared to last year at
this time ($230)
➢ As a measure of ADR, ($681), winter season finished up +37.4% (+36.3% last report) compared to last year at this
time ($496)
➢ As a measure of Occupancy, (57.3%), winter finished up +23.4% (+25.2% last report) compared to last year at
this time (46.4%)
➢ All months experienced an occupancy gain over last winter season

➢ Seasonal Inventory
o For the entire winter season there were 447,089 room nights available, a -0.2% (-0.2% last report)
decrease over last winter season (448,052)
➢ Seasonal Bookings
o For the entire winter season there were 256,216 room nights booked, a +25.0% (+25.0% last report)
increase over last winter season (208,028)

Summer Season:
➢ May gained +4.2% as an absolute measure of occupancy in April
o Bookings made in April for May are down -1.4% in absolute variance vs those made last year in April for
May
➢ June gained +2.5% as an absolute measure of occupancy in April
o Bookings made in April for June are down -7.7% in absolute variance vs those made last year in April for
June
➢ July gained +3.3% as an absolute measure of occupancy in April

➢ As a measure of RevPAR, ($83), summer season is up +28.4% (+54.0% last report) compared to last year at this
time ($65)
➢ As a measure of ADR, ($352), summer season is up +10.9% (+16.3% last report) compared to last year at this
time ($303)
➢ As a measure of Occupancy, (23.6%), summer season is up +10.4% (+38.8 % last report) compared to last year at
this time (21.4%)
➢ May, June, and July are experiencing occupancy gains over last summer season

➢ The Average Daily Occupancy for April 1, 2022 – October 31, 2022 is: 30%
➢ Average Daily Performance for the current month and upcoming 6, April 1st, 2022 to October 31st, 2022 has
decreased since last report, and is currently up +3.3% (+5.8% last report) compared to last year
➢ Room Nights Booked (RNB) for the current month and upcoming 6, April 1st, 2022 to October 31st, 2022 total
152,034 and are currently up +3,248 or +2.2%, (+20,902 or +16.6% last report) compared to last year at this time
(148,786)
➢ Since the last report (04/15), bookings activity for April 1st through October 31st, 2022 has yielded a net of
+4,875 or +4,875 new bookings. This level of net booking activity has decreased -28.3% (-50.7% last report) from
the last report (+6,802)
o *It is important to consider that when we observe net statistics these numbers take into account a
summation of both bookings and cancellations as both types of activity were noted since the last report.

➢ April added very few net new bookings since the last report as the ski season came to an end, and as bookings
for the end of the month paced slightly better last year than this, average daily performance has declined
slightly to +10.5% (+11.7% last report)
o April Average Daily Occupancy is 42.9% (42.0% last report)
o There are +6,350 (+7,999 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o Since the last report, there have been net +629 (+2,386 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 23rd, with +238 bookings

the booking pace at this time last year was slightly stronger, leading to a small decline in average daily

o Since the last report, there have been net +768 (+1,291 last report) bookings for the month

over year bookings underperformance has declined further, leading to a decrease in average daily performance
to +1.1% (+2.1% last report)

o Since the last report, there have been net -345 (+531 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 7th, with +47 bookings added
