Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com DOR PRODUCTION NOTES: General DOR Notes: ➢ The Average Daily Occupancy for June 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022 is: 33.6% ➢ Average Daily Performance for the current month and upcoming 6, June 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022 has decreased since last report, and is currently down -1.7% (-1.2% last report) compared to last year ➢ Room Nights Booked (RNB) for the current month and upcoming 6, June 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022 total 177,866 and are currently down -18,810 or -9.6%, (-20,185 or -11.9% last report) compared to last year at this time (196,670) ➢ Since the last report (06/15), bookings activity for June 1st through December 31st, 2022 has yielded a net of +12,181 or +12,181 new bookings. Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com October ➢ October has also added a smaller amount of net new bookings compared to the prior report, but booking pace is stronger for the month than last year at this time, improving the year over year bookings underperformance, as well as average daily performance to -0.2% (-0.3% last report) o October Average Daily Occupancy is 12.8% (10.9% last report) o There are -357 (-1,477 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been net +536 (+754 last report) bookings for the month o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 1st, with +101 bookings added o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report o The largest outperformance is on the 5th, up +7.6% (+13.0% last report) over last year at this time o The largest underperformance was on the 11th, down -7.6% (-9.2% last report), and has shifted to the 31st, down -15.4% over last year at this time o Inventory is lower than last year at this time November ➢ November has added a similar amount of net new bookings as compared to last report, but the booking pace for the month is lower compared to last year at this time, leading to an increase in the year over year bookings underperformance, as well as dropping average daily performance negative to -0.3% (+1.0% last report) o November Average Daily Occupancy is 6.5% (6.5% last report) o There are -496 (-34 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been net +369 (+492 last report) bookings for the month o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 23rd, with +36 bookings added o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report o The largest outperformance was on the 4th, up +3.1% (+6.5% last report), and has shifted to the 8th, up +4.4% over last year at this time o The largest underperformance was on the 10th, down -3.2% (-3.2% last report), and has shifted to the 1st, down -18.2% over last year at this time o Inventory is lower than last year at this time December ➢ December has added a large amount of net new bookings since last report, the second most of all months included, which has helped to improve the year over year bookings underperformance and average daily performance to -2.6% (-3.0% last report) o December Average Daily Occupancy is 19.7% (16.5% last report) o There are -3,151 (-4,298 last report) less bookings than last year at this time o Since the last report, there have been net +2,806 (+492 last report) bookings for the month o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 28th, with +143 bookings added o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report o The largest outperformance was on the 2nd, up +3.2% (+4.1% last report), and has shifted to the 3rd, up 5.7% over last year at this time o The largest underperformance is on the 26th, down -9.1% (-9.5% last report) over last year at this time o Inventory is lower than last year at this time
