requirements. Doni, as you will note, prior to submitting the BP application, it will be helpfuf to talk to
Charlie Davis, the Town of Vail Chief Building Official (970-479-1212) to confirrn ihe application
requirements.

I spoke with Sill Gibson the Town of Vail planner for your CO3 Vail project yesterday. Apparently there is a
final design review hearing tomorrow but we don't need to be there. Bill said that from a planning
perspective the project is approved. He suggested I talk to the building department about their
req u irements.
Today I spoke to Charlie Davis (970-479-2142) the chief building official for the Town of Vail. He said that
with the BP application they need to see 3 sets of drawings, a list of the materia�s to be used to build the
false chimney chases, and something to show how the antennas and false chases wilt structurally attach. I
would suggest that whoever is applying for the BP give Charlie a cafl. With some brief explanation of the
scope of the work, Cha�iie may reduce these requirments.
