2 THE DRAAINGS AND SFECIFICATIONS SHALL SERVE AS A GUIDE TO THE
SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL
NECESSARY LABOR, MATERIALS, PARTS, APPURTENANCES, ASSEMBLIES
AND EQUIPMENT FOR A COMPLETE PROJECT.
3 CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW THE ENTIRETY OF THE SCOPE OF WORK
OF THI5 PROJECT PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE WORK. CONTRACTOR TO
REVIEW ALL PORTIONS OF THE WORK AND LEAD TIMES IN ORDER TO
IDENTIFY KEY /CRITICAL TIME FRAMES AND DEL15ION POINTS IN ORDER
FOR ALL ITEMS, PARTS, APPURTENANCES AND ASSEMBLIES TO BE
ORDERED AND DELIVERED TO THE JOB SITE IN AN APPROPRIATE TIME
FRAME FOR THEIR INSTALLATION 50 AS NOT TO DELAY THE PROJECT
SCHEDULE.
4 THE INSTALLER OF EACH MAJOR COMPONENT SHALL INSPECT BOTH
SUBSTRATE AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WORK 15 TO BE
PERFORMED, DO NOT PROCEED UNTIL UNSATISFACTORY CONDITIONS
HAVE BEEN CORRECTED IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER AND SUCH THAT
MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE A55EMBLIES WILL HAVE BEEN
MET OR EXCEEDED.
5 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL LAYOUT ALL STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL
PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER SYSTEMS,
AT THE START OF THE WORK AND THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF
THE PROJECT TO A65URE ALIGNMENT OF ASSEMBLIES AND FINISH
WORK AND DEVICES INDICATED AND INTENDED ON THESE DRANIN65.
A CONFLICTS BETWEEN ASSEMBLIES - ESPECIALLY STRUCTURAL,
MECHANICAL, AND PLUMBING - ARE TO BE IDENTIFIED EARLY IN THE
PROJECT SCHEDULE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO
ADDRESS THE IDENTIFIED 155UE AND ALLOW FOR ADJUSTMENTS SUCH
THAT THE FIN15HED RESULT 5 THAT INTENDED WITH THESE DOCUMENTS.
B CONFLICTS ARE TO BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE
ARCHITECT AS 5OON AS POSSIBLE SO AS TO MINIMALLY IMPACT
THE PROJECT SCHEDULE AND CONSTRUCTION BUDGET.
6 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONFINE CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS ON SITE
TO THE AREAS PERMITTED BY THESE DOCUMENTS AND /OR BY THE
OWNER'S DIRECTION.
I THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ACQUIRE AND PAY FOR PERMITS, INSPECTIONS
AND APPROVALS CONNECTED WITH THE WORK AS PART OF THE COST OF
CONSTRUCTION.
8 ALL MATERIALS STORED ON 51TE SHALL BE PROPERLY STACKED, STORED
AND PROTECTED TO PREVENT DAMAGE AND DETERIORATION, STORED
MATERIALS ARE TO BE PROTECTED FROM RAIN, SNOW, AND DIRECT CONTACT
WITH WET GROUND. DAMP AND /OR NET MATERIALS AND /OR FAILURE TO
PROTECT MATERIALS MAY BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE WORK.
q THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXECUTE ALL CUTTING, FITTING AND PATCHING
SUCH THAT ALL PARTS AND ASSEMBLES FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY. CUTTING
AND PATCHING SHALL NOT ENDANGER, OR NEGATIVELY IMPACT OTHER
NORK. ALL PATCHING, REPAIRING AND REPLACEMENT OF SURFACES OR
MATERIALS DAMAGED DURING GUTTING AND PATCHING SHALL BE REPAIRED
TO MATCH SURROUNDING SURFACES FREE FROM VISIBLE DIFFERENTIATION.
10 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECE55ARY BLOCKING AND
FRAMING TO INCLUDE BUT NOT NECF-55ARILY LIMITED TO DOORS,
NINDON5, ELECTRICAL DEVICES, CABINETRY, CARPENTRY AND
APPLIANCES, RECESSED ITEMS AND OTHER ITEMS REQUIRING BLOCKING.
11 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AC4,E55 PANELS AS REQUIRED BY
GOVERNING CODES TO ALL CONGEALED SPACES AND EQUIPMENT.
PROVIDE AC/,E55 PANELS TO ALL INSTALLED CONTROL AND SHUT -OFF
VALVES FOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND PLUMBING. NO CONTROL
VALVES ARE TO BE 'BURIED' BEHIND WALL SURFACES WITHOUT ACCESS.
VERIFY LOCATION AND 51ZE OF ACCESS PANELS WITH ARCHITECT
PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

12 PROVIDE SMOKE DETECTORS, VISUAL STROBES, HORNS AND
CONNECTIONS TO ANNUNCIATOR PANELS AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE

13 SMOKE DETECTORS:
