Gore Range Electric, Inc. as the electrical contractor of record as requested by your letter of
February 10 , 2010 . This project has received a final inspection and considered complete for the
scope of work authorized by permit # E07-0035. Therefore , the permit is considered closed and �
rnay not be altered .
I do wish to express that if the Town of Vail had received your written request while the permit
was open the records would have been revised to reflect Gore Range Electric, Inc. as the �
contractor of record .

In 2008 , the permit fox electrical worlc for the John K. and Hellen Jo Cahalin Residence ;
( 1816 Sunburst Drive, Vail) was switched from Arch Electric to Gore Range Electric, ;
Inc. This cha.nge was requested by Greg Conway of Conway Builders . For some reason, I
this change was not recorded by the Town of Vail . Please malce these adjustments to ;
your records as soon as possible. Please provide an amended copy of the final electrical ;
inspection so that I may present this in District Court on 2/ 12/ 10 . Your attention to this is �
sincerely appreciated.
