Sequence of Operation
1. B-4a & B-4b Boilers
a. Provide a two-stage modulating boiler control (MiniMOD or equal) which shall stage boilers in a "sequential modulation"
arrangement to maintain HWS setpoint at temperature sensor.
b. Boilers shall be rotated for equal run times.
c. Include interface with existing DDC system. Items to be monitored shall include boiler command & status, pump command &
status, boiler alarm, and heating water supply & return temperatures. Contact Long Building Intelligence for control assistance.
2. P -1 Boiler Pumps
a. P -1 boiler pumps shall run whenever associated boiler is firing.
