Timber Ridge Operating CommitteeResults Tuesday, February 28, 2023 8:30AM –9:30AM Zoom Virtual Meeting 75 South Frontage RoadWest, Vail, CO 81657 MembersPresent: Members Absent: Greg Hall, Public Works DirectorRussell Forrest, Town Manager John King, Facilities ManagerKathleen Halloran, Assistant Town Manager George Ruther, Housing Director Carlie Smith, Finance Director Corum Property Management: Erica Weston –Regional Portfolio Manager JocelynGarcia–Property Manager Staff: Missy Johnson, Housing Coordinator Martha Anderson, Housing Coordinator A quorum of the Timber Ridge Operating Committee (Committee) members being present. The meeting was called to order at 8:35 a.m. Approval of Minutes from January 31, 2023 –no comments or changes. The committee reviewed the draft of survey questions, and discussion ensued around current data and next steps. The committee agreed that it will be helpful to gather information to have a better idea of the current leases for families and number of children Supplemental budget items were discussed as additionsto the March supplemental. King is not prepared with a number but looking forcontractors. Smith will add $300,000 as a placeholder and it can be trued up again in June 2024. The Committee agreed no further business to discuss.
