LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 12, Township 5 South, Range 81 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Eagle County, Colorado, described as a whole
as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Solar Crest Condominiums, according
to the map thereof recorded in Book 237 at Page 712, said point also being on
the existing Town of Vail boundary; thence 8 courses along said existing Town
of Vail boundary: 1) S 23°11'17" E 337.95 feet to the northerly right-of-way
of Interstate Highway No. 70; 2) along said northerly right-of-way S 52°50'
29" W 120.00 feet; 3) departing said right-of-way N 37°09'31" W 75.00 feet;
4) N 10056'00" E 86.28 feet; 5) N 36°31'30" W 88.97 feet; 6) N 67030'00" W
100.00 feet; 7) N 22039'29" W 51.10 feet to the southerly right-of-way of
Lion's Ridge Loop; 8) along said southerly right-of-way 176.80 feet along the
arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1031.72 feet, a central angle
of 09°49'06", and a chord that bears N 62°25'58" E 176.58 feet to the point of
beginning.

I, Leland J. Lechner, a Land Surveyor licensed under the laws of the State of
Colorado, do hereby certify that this Annexation Plat was prepared by me and
under my direct supervision, using existing subdivision plats and an Annexation
Plat for Resolution No. 15, 1975, Town of Vail, Colorado. I further certify
that the Annexation Plat and Legal Description is an accurate representation
of the property being annexed to the Town of Vail and that more than 1/6th of
the exterior boundary of the property being annexed is contiguous to the
existing boundary of the Town of Vail, Colorado.
