Below is the current estimated resale valuation through the full month of December 2021. The HOA re-
roof assessment is not included, please send me proof of payment to include the $14K in your valuation.
Prior to selling be sure to provide any receipts for capital improvements on your home. The Town will
confirm and approve all receipts prior to including in your resale price.
