Special Development District # 22 will be in compliance with its employee housing obligations upon the deed restriction of six employee housing units within the Special Development District. We would be very pleased to see the addition of more than six employee housing units in The Grand Traverse as each home has zoning approval to add a deed restricted employee housing unit. However, Special Development District #22 will be in compliance with its approval requirements upon deed restricting six employee housing units within the Special Development District. Upon deed restricting six units there will be no additional requirement for deed restricting employee housing units based on the anticipated new inclusionary zoning and commercial linkage requirements in the Town of Vail.
