➢ For the Winter season, since the last report, November has experienced the largest increase (+13.9%) in average
daily occupancy

General DOR Notes
➢ The Average Daily Occupancy for October 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024 is: 34.9%
➢ Average Daily Performance for the current month and upcoming 6, October 1st, 2023 to April 30th, 2024 has
declined since last report, though is currently up +1.4% (+2.3% last report) compared to last year
➢ Room Nights Booked (RNB) for the current month and upcoming 6, October 1st, 2023 to April 30th, 2024 total
178,136 and are currently up +3,209 or +1.8%, (+8,718 or +4.7% last report) compared to last year at this time
(174,927)
➢ Since the last report (09/30), bookings activity for October 1st through March 31st, 2024 has yielded a net of
+11,774 or +11,774 new bookings. This level of net booking activity has decreased +15.5% (+17.9% last report)
from the last report (+13,939)
o *It is important to consider that when we observe net statistics these numbers take into account a
summation of both bookings and cancellations as both types of activity were noted since the last report.
o **We cannot account for the net change to bookings for the month of April as this month is newly on
the books and therefore has no change from the prior report
➢ New booking’s arrival date distribution of the total +11,774 (+16,434 last report) added since last report:
o October: +2,069 (+3,799 last report) or +17.6% (+23.1% last report)
o November: +2,015 (+1,749 last report) or +17.1% (+10.6% last report)
o December: +2,368 (+3,496 last report) or +20.1% (+21.3% last report)
o January: +1,824 (+2,145 last report) or +15.5% (+13.1% last report)
o February: +1,863 (+2,338 last report) or +15.8% (+14.2% last report)
o March: +1,635 (+2,060 last report) or +13.9% (+12.5% last report)

October
➢ Following a very strong addition in net new bookings last report, October has added roughly 1,700 less net new
bookings, and as booking pace fell, the year over year bookings outperformance also reduced, leading to a
decline in average daily performance which is now +2.5% (+5.7% last report)
o October Average Daily Occupancy is 34.1% (31.2% last report)
o There are +1,293 (+3,840 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o Since the last report, there have been net +2,069 (+3,799 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 14th, with +223 bookings
added
o The largest net reduction in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 2nd, with -45 bookings
added
o The largest outperformance is on the 9th, up +19.6% (+26.4% last report) over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 1st, down -15.3% (-15.0% last report) over last year at this time
o Daily inventory is lower than last year at this time
November
➢ November has added more net new bookings than recorded last report, though the addition did not outperform
booking pace last year at this time as the year over year bookings outperformance has turned to an
underperformance, and additionally average daily performance has fallen to +0.4% (+1.8% last report)
o November Average Daily Occupancy is 23.7% (20.8% last report)
o There are -219 (+931 last report) less bookings than last year at this time
o Since the last report, there have been net +2,015 (+1,749 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 3rd, with +139 bookings
added
o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report
o The largest outperformance was on the 2nd, up +8.0% (+10.7% last report), and has shifted to the 1st, up
+8.9% over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 14th, down -16.0% (-9.9% last report) over last year at this time
o Daily inventory is mostly lower than last year at this time
December
➢ December added the most net new bookings of all months included, though the addition was roughly 1,000 less
than recorded last report, and due to stronger booking pace last year at this time, the year over year bookings
outperformance has declined leading to a drop in average daily performance, now at +1.5% (+2.3% last report)
o December Average Daily Occupancy is 42.9% (39.7% last report)
o There are +386 (+1,122 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o Since the last report, there have been net +2,368 (+3,496 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 29th, with +117 bookings
added
o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report
o The largest outperformance is on the 5th, up +14.3% (+15.1% last report) over last year at this time

➢ January has added slightly fewer net new bookings than last report, for the second consecutive report, leading
to a decline in the year over year bookings outperformance, and additionally, average daily performance has
fallen to +4.4% (+5.4% last report)
o January Average Daily Occupancy is 46.7% (44.3% last report)
o There are +2,614 (+3,432 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o Since the last report, there have been net +1,824 (+2,145 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 2nd, with +111 bookings
added
o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report
o The largest outperformance is on the 29th, up +16.2% (+16.7% last report) over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance was on the 14th, down -3.0% (-3.0% last report), and has shifted to the
24th, down -5.7% over last year at this time
o Daily inventory is lower than last year at this time
February
➢ February has added a smaller amount of net new bookings since last report, for the second consecutive report,
and as such the year over year bookings outperformance has fallen, leading to a decline in average daily
performance to +1.4% (+2.0% last report)
o February Average Daily Occupancy is 47.0% (44.4% last report)
o There are +248 (+856 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o Since the last report, there have been net +1,863 (+2,338 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 10th, with +98 bookings
added
o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report
o The largest outperformance was on the 13th, up +13.7% (+14.2% last report), and has shifted to the 12th,
up +13.8% over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 4th, down -11.5% (-9.2% last report) over last year at this time

March
➢ March has added fewer net new bookings than last report, leading to a year over year bookings
underperformance, though average daily performance has managed to stay slightly positive at +0.1% (+0.9% last
report)
o March Average Daily Occupancy is 34.7% (32.5% last report)
o There are -540 (+150 last report) less bookings than last year at this time
o Since the last report, there have been net +1,635 (+2,060 last report) bookings for the month
o The largest net addition in bookings, since the last report, occurred on the 22nd, with +78 bookings
added
o No days experienced a net reduction in bookings since last report
o The largest outperformance is on the 27th, up +15.4% (+14.5% last report) over last year at this time
