Dear Brandon,
Monroe &Newell Engineers, Inc. observed the Vail Rowhouse 12 during construction.
To the best of our knowledge and belief, based on our visual observations, and the
information provided to us, the structural framing appears to be constructed in compliance
with the intent of the construction documents prepared by our office and approved by the
Building Department.
We have reviewed the joists and beam openings installed for plumbing and electrical routing
and they are acceptable.
