The Town of Vail’s Vision is to be the premier mountain resort community in the world and to do
that we must provide the highest standard of customer service to all our stakeholders. The Vail
business community is a critical partner in achieving that vision, and the town wants to learn
more about “how we’re doing” in providing excellent customer service to our local businesses.
The below survey will be conducted annually to gauge the quality of town services,
transparency in our communications, and operations or programming that impact your business.
Please take a minute to share your feedback. The town will report back results in the coming
months along with action plans to address areas for improvement.
