1.Call to Order
A quorum of the Timber Ridge Operating Committee (Committee) members being present. The
meeting was called to order at 8:32a.m.Carlie Smith joined soon after.
2.Approval of Minutes from November 28, 2023(correction of date from listed in previous
agenda)
Motion: Greg Hall Second: John King Vote: 2-1-0
3.Vail Resorts Employee Residents, Move-in and Vacancies
Jocelyn confirmedthat full set of plannedresidences are leased by Vail Resorts but occupancy
cannot be confirmed.
Of the Town of Vail properties (3) are leased and moved in and (3) remain, un-rented and vacant.
Greg mentioned connected withSusie, previously, who confirmed that Town of Vail does not
want to rent to non-Town of Vail employees because the rentals are furnished. Potentially there
will be some seasonal bus drivers joining.
Greg suggested to organize information for Timber Ridge tenants regarding availability. Missy to
connect with Jocelyn regarding an email blast to the tenants. All leases run through the end of
April.
Kathleen will reach out to with Russ re: any plans for Timber Ridge and final abatement to be
included in a futureTC agenda.
Jocelyn confirmed there are not any new budget items. They will be scraping the lots and Building
O roof snow removal in the next few weeks.
4.Adjournment
The Committee agreed no further business to discuss. Meeting adjourned at 8:42a.m.
