Section 12-8E-18: Minor Amendment (staff review): modifications to building plans that do not alter the basic intent and character of the approved development plan and are consistent with the design criteria of this Chapter. The Community Development Department has reviewed the Amendment to an Approved Development Plan application and finds that approval of this minor amendment request neither alters the basic intent nor character of the Approved Development Plan for Vail's Front Door project. There is no change in the total number of dwelling units, the amount of allowable gross residential floor, change to the approved setbacks, or the amount of retail/commercial floor area approved for the building. B. Section 12-8E-18(A)(3): Minor modifications consistent with the design criteria outlined in subsection 12-8E-18 may be approved by the Department of Community Development. Notification of a proposed minor amendment and a report of staff action shall be provided to all property owners within or adjacent to the zone district that may be affected by the amendment. Notification shall be postmarked no later than 5 day following staff action on the amendment and shall include a brief statement describing the amendment and the time and date of when the Planning and Environmental Commission will be informed of the staff decision. CO Notification of the date and time of the public hearing and a summary of the request has been provided to all property owners within of adjacent to the Zone District.
