RE: Apparent Violation of the Town of Vail Zoning Regulations
Dear Mr. Brownlee,
The purpose of my letter is to inform you of an apparent violation of the Town of Vail
Zoning Regulations.
On March 17, 2010, Bob Webb, Code Compliance Officer for the Town of Vail, and
yourself completed a walk-through of the parking structure located beneath Arrabelle at
Vail Square. Upon completion of the walk-through, it was determined that at least
twenty-five (25) parking spaces required by the Town of Vail Zoning Regulations and the
Approved Development Plan for the Arrabelle at Vail Square were unavailable for
parking due the storage of various items within the spaces.
Pursuant to Chapter 12-10, Off-street Parking and Loading Requirements, Vail Town
Code, and the Approved Development Plan for Arrabelle at Vail Square, 304 parking
spaces are required on site. I would appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all
304 required parking spaces are available for use. I am requesting that this is
completed by April 5, 2010 at 4:00 pm.
