The Town of Vail planning department has required that in order to remove the trees there will need to be 4 new trees added to the site. R A Nelson will add 4 new 16' trees not to be placed in the CDOT ROW; 2 at the south east corner of the drive island and 2 at the middle of the north property line to fulfill the requirement of replacement of the removed trees. The landscape drawing ASI 33 shows the size and location of the 4 new trees on the site.
