Others liked the 4 beam column look. • Something is missing "not rich enough" • Concerned with the deep chocolate color. Appears foreboding. • Concern that the smooth stone may be too much. • Suggested an environmental statement could be made. Suggested solar. Staff recommends that the DRB tables this application to a future meeting in order to allow the architects time to address the Comments of Staff and Jeff Winston provided in the letter dated October 6, 2007. Furthermore a tabling would allow the applicant time to revise the landscaping plan to provide for larger landscaping at installation.
