Dear Warren-
The Manor Vail project in Vail has recently undergone revisions to the project that have resulted
in minor changes to the exterior. These are being formally submitted to you as a Change to the
Approved Plans. Below is a short description these changes, followed by the appropriate
attachments to help facilitate your review.
We are submitting for a fire wall extension at the firewalls between buildings D/E and E/F. This
change is required because the original design for using fire rated glazing has proven to be
unfeasible to the project, primarily due to the door openings which create a breach. This item will
also be submitted to the Building Department for their approval. The original drawings for this
location indicated a 4'6" high privacy wall the full depth of the balcony which will remain
adjacent to the fire wall. This will be finished in stucco to match the adjacent surface of the wall
that is being extended.

cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. The
