Hi Scot. Just a couple things. I have reviewed the survey from Eagle Valley Surveying and could use some
additional information if you wouldn't mind asking them for it. The list is below. Also, I haven't heard back from
Tom Kassmel about setting up those utility meetings. I emailed him on Wednesday last week and also left him a
voice mail earlier today. If you speak with him, perhaps you could mention it to him? Thanks!
Additional Survey Items Requested:
1. A text file of all the field survey points with descriptions.
2. Maybe later....more for final design but you will need the location of water, gas, electric, phone, etc. and
inverts for the storm sewer for the grates shown on the survey.
3. Could the design team get copies of the easement documents for all of the existing easements? It's not
clear who the access easement is dedicated to, or what the 5' easement surrounding the property is for.
4. I haven't been to the site for a while, is the Wendy's building demolished? It doesn't show up in the survey
5. Did the surveyor set a project benchmark? It would be handy since the benchmark listed orr the survey is
across the highway.
