Concept
Nyhayn Wall creates general illumination, mainly directed downward by the conical shade. The rings ensure
that stray light is controlled, and direct a small amount of light onto the top side of the shade for self-illu-
mination.

Copper, brushed. Natural painted aluminum, powder coated. White, wet painted.
Material
Shades: Spun aluminum or spun copper. Enclosure: Clear glass or partly frosted glass. Top: Spun aluminum or

The following is in reference to our telephone conversation of today regarding the Rams-Horn Lodge
Condominiums. We had anticipated beginning our building renovation in April 2008. Due to a
variety of circumstances we had to postpone our construction. It is our understanding that our
DRB approval was given on February 22, 2008 and is good for one year. We are not certain that we will
be in a position to apply for our building permit within the one year period.
The purpose of this letter is to request an extension to our DRB approval 080012 for the Rams Horn
Lodge Condominiums. We ask that the extension be granted at the point that our one year approval will
be set to expire.
If you have any questions regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact us. Many thanks for
your assistance with this matter.
