We had anticipated beginning our building renovation in April 2008. Due to a variety of circumstances we had to postpone our construction. It is our understanding that our DRB approval was given on February 22, 2008 and is good for one year. We are not certain that we will be in a position to apply for our building permit within the one year period. The purpose of this letter is to request an extension to our DRB approval 080012 for the Rams Horn Lodge Condominiums.
