The DRB's comments were as follows: • Utilize earth tones and muted colors, as color is what ties the two buildings together • Pick stone that works well with corten • Make sure stone wraps around the buildings • New building needs to blend with the existing building and the neighborhood • Window changes are positive • Make changes to the existing building to help with transition to new building • On the right track with design In order to finalize this approval, please submit two design review applications, one for an addition and the other application for new construction.
