The Town of Vail has reviewed the design review application for new retaining walls at theഀ
Dyroff Residence at 1451 Buffehr Creek Road. The following additional information must beഀ
provided before the Town can issue an approval of this application:ഀ
- Revise the plans to label the top-of-wall (TOW) and bottom-of-wall (BOW) elevations of theഀ
new retaining walls. (See Sheet S1.1 & S2.1)ഀ
- Submit an engineer stamped detail drawing for those portions of the walls exceeding 4 feet inഀ
height. (See Sheet S1.1 & S2.1)ഀ
