The following is a summary of the comments from that review: 1. Modify note #9 to read as follows: "For zoning purposes, the two lots created by this subdivision are to be treated as one entity." 2. Add a note to the plat that the street addresses and setbacks shown are for reference purposes only and should be verified with the Town of Vail Community Development Department. Please make the above listed corrections and then submit two signed mylar copies of the plat with all certificates completed, except the Administrator Certificate and the Clerk and Recorder Certificate. Also submit a final signed copy of any deed restrictions or covenants to be recorded with the plat. Additionally, please submit a check paid to the order of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder in the amount of the recordation fees. Once these items have been submitted to the Town of Vail, the Town Clerk will record the approved plat with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder.
