Please note the conditions of approval that identify corrections that must be made to the plat prior to the printing of mylars. There appears to be minor floor plan discrepancies between the plat the Town's office set of building permit plans. Since this project was outsourced to Safe Built, the most current architectural plans may not yet be filed with the Town.
