Dear George :
We received approval for Solar Vail Employee Housing Project in 2007 . Those approvals
wi11 expire in 2010 . Due to the downturn in the economy and drastic changes in the credit
marlcets , the project had to be postponed.
This letter is a request to extend all approvals for the Solar Vail Project by one year or as
long as possible .
