General Information:
All projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. Please
refer to the submittal requirements for the particular approval that is requested. An application for Design Review
cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. The
project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and /or the Planning and Environmental Commission.

Dear Warren,
Enclosed are three copies of drawings on sheets 1 & 2 that
illustrate the final changes that the owners want for the
proposed addition to their duplex unit at 2605 Bald Mountain
Road (east unit). As we've discussed recently, these changes
are adjustments to the original addition proposal submitted
for design review approval last year - DRB070632.
The proposed changes include a reconfiguration of the bedroom
layout, a relocation of the existing hot tub with a small
adjustment to the lower level deck plus the elimination of
the formally proposed deck above the bedroom addition.
Also included is the updated Site Coverage and Gross Resi-
dential Floor Area (GRFA) calculations adjusted for the
proposed addition changes.
