As we've discussed recently, these changes are adjustments to the original addition proposal submitted for design review approval last year - DRB070632. The proposed changes include a reconfiguration of the bedroom layout, a relocation of the existing hot tub with a small adjustment to the lower level deck plus the elimination of the formally proposed deck above the bedroom addition. Also included is the updated Site Coverage and Gross Resi- dential Floor Area (GRFA) calculations adjusted for the proposed addition changes.
