I just heard back from Public Works, so here is the complete list of review comments for this project: - All exterior lights must be "full cut -off' style fixtures. The existing fixtures are non - conforming and must be replaced. Cut sheets for the new fixtures must be submitted for review. - A 4 foot concrete pan must be installed for the heating driveway and landscaping in the street right -of -way. - A Revocable Right -of -Way Permit is required for all new and existing improvements in the street right -of -way. - A Public Way Permit is required for any construction access, parking, or staging in the street right -of -way. - A monitored fire alarm system is required. Demolition and /or scope of work exceeding currently proposed plans shall require fire sprinkler system installation that shall comply with NFPA 13R(2002) and VFES standards.
