Please extend the Prochnow Residence DRB approval (DRB08-0349) for one year. Thisഀ
project was approved August 14, 2008 and consists of an addition of 137 CRFA to the north side ofഀ
Texas Town home lot 7. As well as an addition of 184 square feet of on grade deck on the south sideഀ
of the property. The owner has been consulted regarding this procedure and has approved thisഀ
extension letter.ഀ
