Thank you for your recent'Change to Approved Plans' application. I found a couple issues, listed below. Pleaseഀ
provide the following revisions by September 19, 2008 to continue to the October 1st Design Review Board.ഀ
Revisions requested:ഀ
1. On sheet 1-1.1 Landscape Plan, please show proposed tree locations, size and species to meet theഀ
condition of approval (attached).ഀ
2. On sheet 1-1.1 Landscape Plan, please remove the GRFA Info, as it is incorrect.ഀ
3. On sheet S2.0 Foundation Plan, please describe (on the plan) the height of the existing and proposedഀ
crawl spaces (Please note that all crawl spaces over 5 feet in height will be counted towards GRFA)ഀ
4. On sheet 52.0 Foundation Plan, please describe (on the plan) the size of the existing and proposedഀ
access ways to the crawl spaces (Please note that any access way over 12 square feet will trigger theഀ
counting of the crawl space as GRFA).ഀ
