TOWNOFVAIL1~ Conditional Use Permit Submittal Requirements ~NERAI. INFORMATION A conditional use permit is required for any use dassified as being "conditional" in any of the Town's zone districts. Atl applications for conditional use permits are reviewed by the Planning and Environmental Commission. Uses listed as conditional uses in the various districts may be permitted subject to such conditions and limitations as the Town may prescribe to ensure that the location and operation of the conditional uses will be in accordance with development objectives of the Town and will not be detrimental to other uses or properties. I. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Fee: $65Q.00 There is no fee required for conditional use permits for Employee Housing Units (EHU's), however, Design Review fees are required. ^ Stamped, addressed envelopes and a list of the property owners adjacent to the subject property, including properties behind and across streets. The list of property owners shall indude the owners' name(s), corresponding mailing address, and the pHysical address and legal description of the property owned by each. The applicant is responsible for correct • names and mailing addresses. This information is available from the Eagle County Assessor's office. ^ Tdle Report, inducting Schedules A & B. Written approval from a condominium assodation, landlord, and joint owner, if applicable. D A written statement addressing the following: a. Describe the grease nature of the proposed use and measures proposed to make the use compatible with other properties in the vicinity. b. The relationship and impact of the use on development objectives of the Town. c. The effect of the use on light and air, distribution of population, transportation fadlities, utilities, schools, parks and recreation fadlities, and other public faalities and public fadlities needs. d. The effect upon traffic, with particular reference to congestion, automotive and pedestrian safety and convenience, traffic flow and control, access, maneuverability, and removal of snow from the streets and parking area. e.
