RE: Replace an existing deck at 797 Potato Patch Drive
Dear Jan:
Accompanying is an application for a minor exterior alteration for Design Review.
The property is at 797 Potato Patch Drive, owned by Raymond Duncan.
There is an existing deck on this site with exactly the same dimensions. There is one step
in the middle of the deck that has always been a hazard so that the new deck is flat all the
way across. There is some cosmetic work on an upper deck off the master bedroom for
the railings to match the lower deck as shown in the elevations. The main visual change
will be to change the wood pickets with more open metal pickets but with cedar railings
top and bottom as shown in the section.
Also attached is a cut sheet from the manufacturer, Fortress, of the square pickets being
used. We have included 2 full scales copies of the plans and 2 11 x 17 copies of the
plans.
The application for Design Review has been completed and a $20.00 fee is attached for
the application. If there are any questions concerning this application, please contact this
office.
Sincerely yours,
r-"' __.
