Our broker Brooke Ferris has a key; I will have her call you so you can come in and take a look. I will go ahead and write the letter to the Town of Vail right away. don't know if you remember that we also requested a permit from the town of Vail to build a stairway from our balcony down to the lower level and it is already approved, it would be great if the same constructer can built both, maybe together we can get a better deal. As we are spending summer in Vail we are willing to built it right away, it will be great because the kids can go out to the garden from the upper level, also we will have direct access from the kitchen so it will be easier to get things up and down when we do BBQ. We are also having a landscaper planting some grass and some pine trees to block our view from our right side neighbours. I don't know if you already have someone to build your stairways, I can give you the name of two contractors that have done work for us, and maybe we can ask them for an estimate to build both stairways. One is a very big company called Romero"s Construction, owned by a Mexican guy Francisco Romero, he is very good but always very byssi and hard to get, he's phone No. is 970-4710795 or 970-3282220, you can tell him that I referred him to you. The other is Josh, he does smaller work but he is very responsible, his phone No. is 1-269-506-9192. Just in case you need it, our landscaper is Asa Makee and his phone No. is 970- 4014223 or you can reach him through Josh as regularly they work together.
