Our lot has been legally divided and the address of western duplex is 2400. We have permission to build the stairs on file and the owners of 2400 agreed to the stairs being built unconditionally. They did not see the plans only an email from me stating that we wished to build exterior stairs on the eastern half of our property. Hopefully this will suffice. If however we need their additional permission please let me know since the owners live in Venezuela and sometimes are difficult to contact. Thank you, Eric and Heather.
