The Board approves your proposed awning signage as attached in your request subject to the following: 1. All Town of Vail permits and requirements are obtained. 2. Awning color matches that of Kelly liken awnings. 3. The lettering is similiar to that used by Kelly Liken (to maintain a consistent look amongst the differnet awning signs). 4. The owner is responsible for any ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the awning. We have been in contact with the town of Vail and they wanted us to have the same type sign as Kelly Liken. Fred with IGS has been doing Kelly's signs so it makes the process much more simple. This is just a sample, we don't have Michael English's logo yet. And we can do both our signs as Keller Williams if you don't like the Luxury Homes Division sign. Anyway, can you please advise on how to get signage program approved. We had discussed emailing to the HOA members instead of waiting for the next meeting. I feel it is very professional and compliments the building. I hope your HOA feels the same. We would like to present to the town of Vail ASAP so we can have signage before the end of June.
