Please provide the following: 1. New GRFA calculation sheet, including new numbers. 2. On sheet C002, please provide the setback lines fo front - Dfee and side & rear - 15 feet. 3. On sheet C003, Construction staging: 1. Please revise the limits of disturbance fence and silt fence to be within the property boundaries. 2. Please increase the thickness of the property-line for readability 3. Please eliminate the topography from this sheet for readability 4. Please increase the thickness of the tree - preservation fences for readability 5. Please remove the cross -hatch (indicating parking and storage) from tree preservation areas #1 and #3. I asked them to deliver directly to you by 8:30am tomorrow, so please look for them in the morning. I wish I would have had a little bit more heads up about the meeting so I could be totally prepared, but hopefully you get the drawings in time. The set I turned in last week that I redlined shows the changes we plan to make. There are changes to grfa, because of the structural challenges of the project we ended up using a very thick wall in many places and this affected our plan and sq. footage. In the construction manegment plan I can now show, more precisely, where we plan to disturb the lot adjacent to the building. On the south side (pond side), we are going to fix some damaged waterproofing where the two units join. It will be hand dug down a few feet only where we have efis (stucco) meeting dirt. We will not be tearing up any of the patios on the pond side. On the north side we are replacing a few walls, particularly where we are adding windows, this will cause disturbance on the outside of the building- which we had shown before. This is not much of a change but my lines are more accurate now. The trees and landscape all stay as it was in the first submittal. In the elevations I have changed one of the window locations, again due to our structural constraints. Let me know if you have any questions.
