All projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Qesign Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as3outlined in the submittal requirements. The approval is valid for those areas identified on on the Golden Peak Construction Parking Plan dated and stamped approved on July 16, 2008. This approval is granted to address an urgent need for construction parking to mitigate the unintended negative impacts of the large volume of redevelopment construction activity currently in progress in the Town of Vail. Special consideration shall be given to mitigating erosion run-off from the site and dust mitigation. No exterior lighting is approved with this proposal. Parking shall be permitted between the hours of 6:30 am - 7:30 pm, Monday thru Sunday. No overnight shall be permitted. A minimum of five trash receptacles shall be placed within the parking area and emptied daily.
