The duration of this approval shall be from June 15, 2009 - September 18, 2009. Theഀ
approval is valid for those areas identified on on the Golden Peak Constructionഀ
Parking Plan dated and stamped approved on June 23, 2009. This approval is grantedഀ
to address an urgent need for construction parking to mitigate the unintendedഀ
negative impacts of the large volume of redevelopment construction activityഀ
currently in progress in the Town of Vail. Special consideration shall be given toഀ
mitigating erosion run-off from the site and dust mitigation. No exterior lightingഀ
is approved with this proposal. Parking shall be permitted between the hours of 6:30ഀ
am - 7:30 pm, Monday thru Sunday. No overnight shall be permitted. A minimum of fiveഀ
trash receptacles shall be placed within the parking area and emptied daily.ഀ
