This approval is granted਍ഀ to address an urgent need for construction parking to mitigate the unintended਍ഀ negative impacts of the large volume of redevelopment construction activity਍ഀ currently in progress in the Town of Vail. Special consideration shall be given to਍ഀ mitigating erosion run-off from the site and dust mitigation. No exterior lighting਍ഀ is approved with this proposal. Parking shall be permitted between the hours of 6:30਍ഀ am - 7:30 pm, Monday thru Sunday. No overnight shall be permitted.
