General Information:
This application is required for all proposals involving minor changes to buildings and site improvements, such as re-
roofing, painting, window additions, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town Code sedions can be
reviewed on-line at under Vail Information — Town Code On-{ine. All projects requiring design review
rnust receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Design Review cannot be
accepted until all required information is received by the Community Oevelopment Department,as outlined in the submittal
requirements. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building permit is issued and
construction commences.

Dear Lisa and Marshall,
Hope this message finds you well and enjoying a beautiful summer in Chicago. It has been gorgeous here in
Cincinnati this year, a far cry from the drought-stricken summer we had in '07!!
Now that it has finally thawed out in Vail, Bob and I are looking to replace the sliding doors in the bedrooms and
the French doors in the living area. We think they are probably the original doors! Not only are they incredibly
energy inefficient, they are a security risk as well, in that the latching mechanism works poorly. As per our party
wall agreement, we would like your approval/concurrence to undertake this work. We will be replacing them
with all Anderson products. Any questions, please give us a call (513)779-4685.
