It has been gorgeous here in Cincinnati this year, a far cry from the drought-stricken summer we had in '07!! Now that it has finally thawed out in Vail, Bob and I are looking to replace the sliding doors in the bedrooms and the French doors in the living area. We think they are probably the original doors! Not only are they incredibly energy inefficient, they are a security risk as well, in that the latching mechanism works poorly. As per our party wall agreement, we would like your approval/concurrence to undertake this work. We will be replacing them with all Anderson products.
